"I was seeking safety outside of myself"
"I’m leaving this journey with more self-trust, more awareness, and a little more joy in who I am." - Chrissy

"At the start of this journey, I realised how much I was seeking safety outside of myself, wanting to be seen, accepted, and not judged.
Over the weeks, I started noticing how my body was actually speaking to me, especially when my boundaries were crossed. That was a big shift for me.
The biggest breakthrough has been learning to say no and honour myself without guilt. That’s been really new.
I also connected deeply with my younger self, and for the first time, I felt like I could truly be there for her instead of waiting for someone else to be. I also enjoyed connecting with my higher self, that was fun.
I’m still navigating how to hold myself in those real-life moments when things like anger come up. I noticed I was often processing things afterward rather than feeling fully supported in the moment.
I think having more tools or guidance around that could've made the experience even more powerful, like simple ways to respond when I feel triggered, or even something small around how to move emotions like anger in the moment, because I’ve noticed I tend to hold it in and process it later.
It’s been a really valuable experience for me and I feel like I’m leaving this journey with more self-trust, more awareness, and a little more joy in who I am."
You don't need to be certain. You don't need to feel ready in the way you think ready is supposed to feel.
You just need a willingness to slow down and listen to what your body has been carrying.
